We never even made it to our room. After using the ladies room in the lobby and seeing how absolutely deplorable and how filthy dirty it was, I went back to the front desk and handed back the key card to the woman at the desk. The mirror was so thick with soap scum that I was unable to see my reflection. There was no hand soap or paper towels and there was one almost empty roll of toilet paper sitting on top of the dispenser. The door on the stall was a thin piece of plywood with a broken lock. If the restroom was that disgusting, I don’t even want to think about how horrified I would have been with the condition and cleanliness, or lack there of, the room would have been. The front desk staff were so unprofessional, rude, and no one even wore a shirt with the hotel logo or even a name name tag. I could have handed my room key to a stranger off the street. I hope that Hotels.com will consider keeping this horror show off their platform. I have never had a more traumatic and horrible experience at a hotel than this one!! It was absolutely disgusting!
