Disappointing stay
= most of the bedrooms are without the window and its not stated in the descriptions on the webiste, all the flats are very dark, the light must be on all the time.
= there was a huge leak in our room, with water dripping on the table and floor. It destroyed many of our items and documents - my iPad got wet, and only thanks to the leather case it was saved. But the case itself got totally ruined, same as our medical insurance documents, our books and magazines. The reception didn’t really care, we had to wait for more than an hour for someone to come and inspect the room, we wasted another hour to move to another room, there was no upgrade or any form of compensating for the damages and half day wasted, and my iPad case was of course not replaced or reimbursed. Not really what you would expect from a good customer service
= good points: breakfast decent, nothing special but ok, good location
