I was there on a business trip to the nearby conference center and so stayed there a week. The hotel is right atop a Valencia Metro station, in (long) walking distance from the city center, in (short) walking distance from the conference center, on a big commercial street with lots of shops, banks, services. Taxi to and from the airport is not too expensive, if you arrive during the day the Metro is perfectly fine.
Checkin was relatively smooth, the staff don't speak good English and I don't speak Spanish, but we made do. The hotel is one-third of a single building containing two other hotels, divided vertically. They are almost certainly owned by the same people and from other conference-goers it seems that they have the same services.
The rooms are very streamlined and don't match what you'd expect from a 3* American hotel. I had two twin beds that were individually quite comfortable, but trying to join and use them as a double bed was impossible as the laminate floor is so smooth that the beds just push apart. All the furniture except the desk slides easily, presumably for easy cleaning (and the hotel is clean to the point of medical sterility). There is very little closet space -- the room was not very big at all. The bathroom was a kind of space-age "module" bathroom, a single smooth unit that also appears to be very easy and efficient to clean. The daily cleaning was very thorough.
