I recently stayed at **The Wall Street Hotel** for over 10 days, and while the location is ideal for those wanting to stay in the Financial District—everything is within walking distance—the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
Unfortunately, the **reception** was below expectations. The concierge was unprepared and, at times, quite rude, which did not make for a welcoming experience. Additionally, the hotel lacks a parking garage. They charge $90 per night to valet your car, and you need to request your vehicle at least an hour in advance, which is highly inconvenient.
On the positive side, the **cleanliness of the hotel** was excellent, and the **rooms**, while cozy, were a bit on the small and dark side. That said, they were comfortable enough for a short stay, but the size and lighting could be improved, especially for those staying longer.
Another issue I encountered was when I decided to extend my stay by three nights. Despite being there for over 10 days, the hotel was unable to accommodate me in the same room, which made the process a bit complicated and disruptive.
Overall, while the location is great if you're looking to explore the Financial District on foot, the service and logistical challenges left me disappointed, and I wouldn’t rush to return based on this experience.
