Great stay —tough industrial location
Very friendly staff. It’s a strange location and a little rough for walking to the train station nearby as there is a cement factory near by that you pass. That being said, the faculty was well kept and amenities were good. It’s walkable to Coney Island and beach although it feels a little unsafe it a couple of spots…mostly because there was almost no one on the streets.

Literal Diamond in the Rough.
The accommodations were very good. The breakfast was pretty good. It was much better than the BW Gregory we stayed in a couple of days before. The location is not at all scenic. It is very industrial. The parking should be addressed. I don’t know why the spaces across the street aren’t available but that would solve this issue. There is a surprisingly nice assortment of dining nearby. Not really walkable but a short ride.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Staff was super helpful and gentle. The staff made a difference on our stay! It is a gem in an industrial area. The neighbourhood would definitly need some redeveloppement. Streets are dirty and lots of sketchy people walking to the beach. This the only inconvenient about this hotel.
