We came to Baltic Plaza all the way from Berlin for a spa weekend. On the night of our arrival, the hostess told us there were many free slots for massage appointments and that we shouldn't worry about it. The next day, we went to book the massages and got told that there were no free slots for the whole weekend as a large group had booked everything. No alternative were suggested to us and we had to find another solution in another locatin to try to enjoy our spa weekend. The room was not at the lever of a 4-star, not so many equipments, seemed old and the carpet nor clean. Morevoer, the personal forgot to charge us for the dinner when checking out so kept on calling me and asking for my bank details.
The experience was very poor, I guess it is what ou get for the price but I am not sure we could call it a 4-star hotel. The personal also barely speaks English which makes it difficult when struggling with the room, the spa, the check-in or check-out. I don't want to blame the personal, they did what they could but we still couldn't enjoy our holidays,
Very disappointing and we were never accomodated for all the issues we encountered.
