We ended up not staying here due to the extreme lack of customer service and, in fact, we were told to find a place to stay elsewhere when we were 1 hour away from Vienna on our way to check-in. We simply needed a place to rest our heads for a quick layover prior to a morning flight to Germany after working in smaller towns for business (we are in the wine industry and the vineyards are in the outskirts of Vienna). We noted that we needed to arrange check-in and getting keys prior to our arrival so had our colleague from Austria call (whom has worked in the hotel industry in Vienna) to ensure that we did not have any issues with translation. We were told that we could check in with no added fee until 10pm but there would be a fee of 30 Euro should be need to check in afterwards. She told the contact that we would be a later check in due to our proximity and plans and we would call them when we were on our way and had no issues with the added fee. At 11:15 (23:15) our colleague was called and the contact was extremely angry that we had not yet arrived, stated that he was paying someone to wait for us, and that we should just look for a new place to stay the night. There was absolutely no customer service and we had to find a place to stay, last minute, in Vienna. The only thing good I have to say is that the photos of the location looked nice, but we paid a very large price for something we did not experience.
