The room was very clean and spacious, and it was really nice to have a little kitchen and a balcony.
The balcony faces the front of the house which is situated on a main street and is very loud. When the doors are closed it is ok, but if you like it really quiet, this is not the room for you.
The light in the bathroom is not bright enough. It is probably ok if you are 20, but I am 50 and could not see well enough to put my makeup on.
The kitchen has some dishes, but no sharp knife or cutting board. There are also no serving bowls or plates either.
The front desk personnel is very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is not very good. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a ‘3’. The ‘butter’ is oily margerine, the jam tastes artificial, the juice is watery and the personnel is unfriendly. The coffee is excellent, and there is a good selection of bread. I recommend that you bring your own butter and jam.
Parking is either on the street (pay per day parking meter), or in the hotel garage across the street (20€ per day - we used this option and were very satisfied). We recommend that you leave your car and make use of the excellent public transportation system.
Overall, I can recommend the hotel - I would definitely stay there again.
