Worst hotel in a lifetime of traveling
I would give this hotel zero stars. We arrived about 2 am as we had arranged in advance through hotels.com. We tried to contact the hotel directly but they don't have a working phone number or website. It's in a slummy area, which fits the hotel itself. Our taxi driver got the gate keeper to let us in but he couldn't make the whiny female manager get out of bed to give us a room. After a lot of pounding on her door and phone calls by the gate keeper and our taxi driver, she finally came out wrapped in a sheet to stand sullenly and act like she'd never heard of anything so outrageous as putting travelers in hotel rooms. The taxi driver called his dispatcher and he even talked to this woman until she finally allowed us into a stifling room with one towel and no toilet paper. It did have a bidet if you don't mind drip drying. And the shower was on the wall opposite the toilet and not enclosed so it sprayed the whole room. Plus the next morning we had to argue all over again that the room was paid in advance and we weren't paying again. Breakfast was supposed to be included but there wasn't even coffee, much less food. Just happy to leave this dump and will never return.
