Good hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean facilities. The furniture in my room was rather basic and modern in style. It felt more like an office with a bed than a bedroom, however that was perfectly fine for me; it's their style choice, and it worked well for my purposes. They had some construction work going on while I was there, and no prior information was given, so I was suddenly woken up in the morning by the noise. It wasn't a big problem for me since I had to wake up anyway to go to work, and the noise wasn't that loud after all. However, they should inform customers in advance. The hotel is pretty big and there are only two elevators, which are also used by the service staff. In the morning, they can get quite cramped. I had to use the stairs once after getting tired of waiting for the elevator. The location is fine, about 10 minutes by direct metro from Central Station on the M54 yellow line (stop Wibautstraat). The metro stop is conveniently located a few steps away from the hotel. There is also a nearby supermarket. Overall, it was a good stay. For those traveling on business, I would recommend it. I might go back next time.
