Bed Bugs
The hotel room was as specified but when my wife was getting ready for bed she noticed this critter on her pillow.

Middle of the night her and her companion, a 74 year old woman, was led to a different room that luckily was bug free, however the issue prevented them from going to be that night. They stay the second night in the new room but when asked about the issue the staff said that any complaints had to be made through Hotels because we booked through 3rd party.
I called Hotels and went through the process on their end: This location stated that they will not issue a refund or a discount because there is no record of a complaint and even so moving my wife in the middle of the night after a long trip is compensation enough.
If my wife didn't make a complaint because of the unfitness of the room why did your night staff move her to a different room, and was taking pictures of the bedbugs in the room while they were moving luggage out of the room.
We had used this location previously many times because it is close to hospitals and Doctor's offices but never again. The bed bugs were one thing, but covering up a complaint is something else.
Never again.
