1)After the first night on Monday morning I complained to the front desk about the outside noise from the big ventilation but your staff mentioned, they are not responsible for outside disturbance. True, but facing your own rules you may have provided another room with a different location.
She mentioned in a very unfriendly way, a technician has to come upstairs (which would be of no help, as the disturbance was outside).
When I asked, when the technician is show up, she said 'now'.
After waiting for one hour, nothing had happened and nobody showed up.
2) the bed on the left, close to the window, is broken and if one turns inside the bed, the partner is almost kicked out.
3) the included breakfast was not delivered today, so as offered on check-out, we ask gore that refund
4) during the complete stay the AC was not working in the breakfast area.
5) despite being 4 guest, never the right amount of towels were provided.
