MOST UNRELIABLE HOTEL EVER!!!
The reception is supposed to work 24/7. This was confirmed with the reception upon arrival. The Hotel does not issue two room cards, although it has been requested! it has been agreed to leave the room card in the room to charge spare batteries etc. and get a card issued when returning to open the rooms door. Once back at the hotel at 02:00AM there was NOONE; there was a note stating that someone will be back at 07:30AM and a phone number which i called at least 50x but only listened to the mailbox only!
My flight was at 08:00AM and it was a hell of work getting my belongings out of my room. Expedia was on the phone during the whole struggle and wittnessed the issue. i claimed the money for that night, as i could not stay in the room at all. expedia did not help at all, nor the hotel was cooperative at all! NEVER AGAIN
Despite that: room is small and partly smelly
