only two employees at registration. One very unfriendly person routed all new guest to self-checking, which was kind of working, besides:
- the keys provided di not open the doors (had to go cak to reception in waiting line)
- the keys did not allow to leave or enter the parking garage
- the service call from the parking gate was not answered and the only option was to spend 35$ to get the gate opened (because the room keys were "not enabled" as the message said on the parking gate.
- the lift/elevator to the parking garage causes long waiting time
- the staff at the gambling tables are not entertaining or friendly at all
- there are no service staff visible within 30-45 minutes to bring drinks to the tables or gambling stations
Summary: very poor experience and not recommended. The only positive is the location next to the Linq promenade and the short distance to the strip.
