Hübsches, sauberes, wenn auch kleines, funktional eingerichtetes Apartment in einer schönen Wohngegend mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Schlafsofa ist nichts für kräftige oder gar 2 Personen und sollte ggf. mal erneuert werden. Kommunikation via Expedia hat gut geklappt. Bahhnhof Paddington, Hydepark und Kensington Gardens sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

I haven't been fooled by such a bad apartment in a long time. I specifically booked an apartment with two double beds because all the others only had a sofa as a sleeping option. In the end, I still had to sleep on a rickety couch. When I asked about it, I was told: bad luck, your mistake. The mattress on the couch also had a huge, unidentifiable red-brown stain. It had obviously not been checked for ages. The freezer was so frozen that you couldn't even open it. The highlight, however, was the bathroom because the shower head was obviously moldy and the toilet flush was so loud that you thought it was going to explode. Save your money!

It was great! The appartment was a bit dark, but with additional 2-3 lamps would do the trick. Nice appartment and the staff answered questions really quick! Would recommend this appartment since it is very close to Paddington station and London city and busses and train close by!

Great location close to Paddington Station, with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself has certainly seen better days. We had a basement apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. The living room was nicely decorated and the kitchenette was well equipped. The rest of the apartment needs remodeling, as does the hallway in the basement. The carpets were stained and the bathroom showed signs of wear. The shower heads had come off the wall and off the hose respectively. The former was fixed during our stay, the latter was not. The dishwasher did not work during the five days we were there. When we arrived, the heating did not work either but this was again fixed quickly. It felt as if nobody had checked the technical state of the apartment before we moved in. Requests for help through the Expedia app were usually quickly answered. Checkin required detective work als the instructions to operate the electronic lock on the front door were sent by email but actually identifying the lock took us ten minutes. All in all, a very businesslike experience with no personal contact with staff and lots of room for improvement. But I guess at this rate (for a central London apartment) we could expect no more.

Book a hotel instead, not worth it.

This place needs to be updated, one of the beds is in terrible shape, we could feel the springs, very uncomfortable considering that we stayed for two weeks. The walls are stained in every room, so is the carpet. The unit we booked is an apartment, we expected to have towels and supplies for our entire stay, only two towels per person provided for two people, coffee for one day (2 pods), we had to go shopping for coffee, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If you rent an apartment with kitchen, you should have kitchen towels or at least, paper towels. No room service during the entire stay to provide clean towels or anything else you normally get in a long stay. There is a big refrigerator as shown in their photos, which does not work, completely dead and unplugged, they have a tiny fridge on the side by the dining table which we had to guess that it was the one we were supposed to use. Zero instructions for any of the appliances. The bedding was stained and the decorative pillows were dirty and had an unpleasant smell.

WiFi was a little unstable. My bed shared the wall with the front door (apt 3A) so it got slammed a lot. Big boots and children running above me. Great location wonderful flat! Management was most attentive. Bed really comfortable.

Listing shows photos of all flats, however you don’t actually know which flat you are reserving. Some appear nicer that others. The flat we stayed in was in a basement with the view of the alleyway. Voices from people in other flats echoed through the building and alley all night. The bathroom was a closet with the toilet and another closet with the shower and a tiny sink inside the shower. Very disappointing. The room was cold and couldn’t turn on the heat. Pull out sofa bed doesn’t lay flat and was very uncomfortable. I think it’s at least 20 years old. Good location to Paddington Station but I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

La zona muy cómoda y el apartamento muy bonito. Falta seriedad a la hora de enviar las contraseñas para el acceso ya que nos llegaron al día siguiente y pudimos acceder gracias al personal de limpieza. La cama de matrimonio muy cómoda no así el sofa cama. Para 4 personas y durante 7 días nos facilitaron dos botes minúsculos de gel y otros dos de champú. Los electrodomésticos nuevos y muy bien a falta de cafetera. A pesar de los pequeños inconvenientes un alojamiento muy recomendable para descansar tranquilo y conocer la ciudad

Excellent location, great anmenities, and a wonderful place to stay. Very close to Paddington train station. Lovely area it is in. Safe and quieter than many central areas in London. We had a wonderful family vacation. The kitchen and laundry machine were a huge plus as well.

The property was not as advertised and upon arrival had not been cleaned well (i.e. dirty floors, freezer completely iced shut, bathroom and corridors smelled like sewage, etc.). Orbitz did contact the management company and they sent someone to deice the freezer, but entered the apartment when we were not there and without coordinating it with us. Overall the stay was expensive and not what usually is provided as an Orbitz stay.

Level of the apartment is not specified at the time of ad and booking and there's no lift andAC not even fan. So we have to find another accomodations. For three nights that we booked in we only stayed one night. Dark hallway and terrible smell up to the top.

Parking was a chore. We stayed two separate times during our two-week trip. 1st-Flat 3A=Was clean but cramped. Washer/Dryer confusing. Overall satisfactory. 2nd-Flat 3B=Unacceptable with regard to bathroom/toilet arrangement.
