The stay was disappointing from the start.
When we arrived after 8 hour drive from San a Francisco , there was no one at the reception and check in counter, we waited for about 15-29 minutes but nobody showed up so the place was completely empty . After that we decided to go to our room and opened it with the code which was texted to me . Next morning when went to the lobby again there was no one there at all and we returned after a busy day in the evening , same thing nobody at the reception and the hotel personal was nowhere to be found . We went to our room and found that it wasn’t t cleaned at all, garbage wasn’t taken out , the coffee and coffee cups aren’t replaced, bed isn’t made up and towels weren’t replaced . It was clear that no cleaning people entered the room and it was mess.
I got really angrier with this complete lock of service called the tall free number and spoke with someone and expressed my deepest disgust and disappointment with this horrible service .
He tried to explain something to me obviously just reason prepared and trained wording which made me even angrier.
Eventually someone showed up and demanded some new towels and coffee cups which were eventually brought to our room after so much aggrevation and frustration.
I told them that I want my money back for this terrible stay and that I file a complaint against the hotel and put a very bad review which is what I am doing now.
Can I get my money back or at least reimbursement for paid parking?
