I recently stayed at this hotel tempted by the 9 out of 10 review in Expedia and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience.
Firstly, they mixed up my room and put me in a much smaller one than I had originally booked. They even refused to accept this fact and it was quite a challenge to arrange my move. Secondly, both rooms (a smaller and the one I paid for) were extremely dusty, had hairs everywhere and gum balls on the floor and windowsills, which made me question the cleanliness of the hotel.
Furthermore, the rooms and bathroom equipment were in dire need of maintenance. To make matters worse, the walls were so thin that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to me and the doors were so bad installed that it was difficult for me to breath while my neighbours were smoking.
To add to my frustrations, the shower drainer in the second room didn't work, and despite mentioning it to the front desk person in the morning, it wasn't fixed by the time I returned later in the day. I had to fix it myself to have a shower after a long day, as the front desk person was unable to do anything.
Overall, I found the service to be terrible and it's disappointing to have had such a negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay. There are much better options for this price.
