The staff was very hospitable and friendly and helpful, and the dining room looked lovely, but the room itself was not worth the high price. The chair, curtains, and lampshade all had stains. There was a connecting though locked door to the next room, as well as a sizeable crack under the door to the hallway, so I could hear all my neighbors' music and alarm clocks and TV and walking in the hallway, and smell the late-night microwave popcorn.
The "view" was onto the Albany Medical Center which comes with the sweet sounds of sirens wailing by whenever the ambulance takes that route.
For the high price, I would have expected to be able to have a quiet night.
