Hotel tried to charge an extra 200 euro if a friend enters your room (and doesn't even stay for more than an hour). I had to call my Turkish lawyer and threaten them with legal action. They've clearly tried this scam on other foreign tourists.

I loved the place it was nice and all but the parking is a huge problem in a place like Kaleiçi, especially in Argos hotel. The main reason why we booked the hotel was to be able to park my car and live in Kaleiçi for my holiday. They didn't have their own parking space and you were lucky to park there. The parking area is awful and anyone who is not skilled in driving will have a huge problem. That brings us to my only problem... The nightshift guy had used my car and the plastic underbody of my car is ruined... I didn't discuss this with the hotel because i believed they wouldn't believe me and cause a problem.

Despite Hotels.com had booked the wrong room (for 2 people instead of 3), Argos Hotel gave us the suite, in order not to let us without a room.

Staffs were not frendly except Yunus. Yunus helped a lot and he was so frendly. Refrigerator was broken, overhead rain shower sprayed over the washroom, hand shower hanger was broken so had to hold it while took a shower. Smelled mold. Breakfast was not good at all. It was under basic and was not fresh at all. I have been in turkey many times but never had this impression before.

Kaleiçi iyi lokasyon
Antalya Kaleiçinde, limana ve popüler eğlence yerleri ile restaurantlara çok yakın. Eğer beklenti geç saatlere kadar eğlenelim , hemen otrle ulaşıp uyuyalım ise çok uygun. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Odada havlu ve sabun yoktu hemen temin ettiler, pandemi döneminde biz de çok kafaya takmadık. Kaleiçi müthis bir yer. Kahvaltı biraz hayal kırıklığı oldu. Ekmek çeşidi yoktu. Ürünler paketli endüstriyel ürünlerdi.

Biz odadayken odanın dış cephesinde iskelede ustalar çalıştı.o kadar kötü olduk ki otelden yoğurt istedik nerdeyse zehirlenecektik.B
Gece bütün bar ve pub lardan gelen ses direk içeri girdi uyuyamadık.
da yetmezmiş gibi diğer gün bildiğiniz kapı pencere tadilatı yapıldı tak tak tak hep ses vardı.
