Note: This is nowhere near Quepos/Manuel Antonio!
We booked a room for one night while searching for places in "Quepos" or generally close to Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio. Obviously it was our fault we didn't double check but we ended up booking it because it showed up and only later found out that it takes about 40-50min to get to the park from here.
Other than that, you get what you pay for. The hotel is a bit off the main street and doesn't have many things around to do or to go out to.
The rooms are fitted with a small kitchen, aircondition and a cold shower (there was no warm water). The bed was not the best we ever slept on but manage well enough for one night (wouldn't reccomend for longer stays though).
That being said, the host (who lives in room no. 3) is very nice and helpful with all questions and speaks spanish and english.
All in all, would reccomend for a brief stop if you are in need for a room for the night. Not for longer stays or visits to the park though.
