This was a great stay for the first days in Japan.
The hotel is close to the Shinsaibashi Station which is just one stop from Namba Station and has a direct access to Osaka Station as well.
It is located close to the entertainment district which makes it not the most beautiful looking neighbourhood, but one that gives you access to a lot of restaurants, shops and attractions. The hotel itself is located in a street next to some night clubs and bars, though expect for one occasion there wasn't much disturbing noices.
The hotel feels very modern in general and one of the best things was the very friendly and helpful staff, as well as the many extras provided, such as renting umbrellas, free water refill, laguage servive via an easy Google form and more.
The standard room for two people with twin beds was a bit smaller than expected. At least is was a bit complicated to open two larger suitcases at the same time. There was also no real view to the outside as it was only possible to slide the window open for a small portion. The bathroom however was rather large and modern and not the typical Japanese bath unit.
The breakfast was a good, mainly Asian cusine, but lots of options. Not something I need everyday, but something that is great for trying it at least once.
Other guests seem to be mainly international guests.
All in all this was a great stay in a modern hotel with a great staff. I would stay here again.
