The wifi doesn’t work in room at all. Lifts are slow and almost always crowded. The shower in the bathroom was unable to balance between hot and cold water. On the positive side, the staff is very nice, cooperative and helpful.

Great Bathroom!
Great room with a mini fridge and tables and chairs. Very nice bathroom upgrades! The parking was one of the easiest we encountered in Spain (especially compared to driving in the city of Valencia!!). And they even washed our windshield.

"Fabulous hotel with the location in between the port / beach / sea and the city-we walked everywhere and enjoyed this wonderful city. Hotel is very comfortable. We had a junior suite which was very well set out and had all the creature comforts-apart from tea and coffee facilities but we had our own with us so did not bother us-I think they should provide them in the kind of hotel we stayed in-the bed was very comfortable and the maid service was exceptional-Maria who cleaned our room"
