Beautiful property with friendly reception staff. We were there shortly before Fiji closed their borders so we had the hotel to ourselves. The breakfast was good but the room service (lunch & dinner) were adequate. We had ordered take-out from local restaurants that delivered to the hotel which was much better!
As a seasoned traveller to Fiji I wanted to give my opinion on previous reviews. Firstly, in Fiji people are very relaxed so it's best not to expect 5 star service as it isn't going to happen. The people here are warm and welcome but also don't get paid much more than 4 dollars an hour so they might not be so attentive and motivated. This can be seen in the bar staff on the roof top.. The reception staff were friendly and we did get a welcome drink. There were no issues with check in and got our deposit back no problem. The housekeeping staff were fun loving and friendly and clean the rooms every couple of days or on request. Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend it. Thanks again.
It was wonderful stay will go again, breakfast could use some improvement and choices on the overall menu. Pleasant staff and helpfull. Spa was the best and inviting . Stayed 17days had 4 massages great prices and staff.

The views at the rooftop was probably the only thing that made it a somewhat positive one-night stay. We had a late check-in, therefore, a later swim and found that the pool wasn't as clean as it should have been. As I've read about prior reviews of the hotel, I can agree that it does indeed have a funny (wet carpet) smell. Everything else was mediocre and the majority of staff were pretty disappointing to deal with. A few of the staff at reception/security (gate-keeper) need an attitude adjustment and clearly need more training on how to properly treat their guests. I'm also sad to say that in fact the higher management were unfriendly unhelpful and for a lack of a better word, useless! We had very little understanding and flexibility around the situation regarding our room/stay and a little too much trying hard to be professional which actually came across pretty unprofessional. We felt like it wasn't about us guests at all and by the time we felt that some damage control was attempted, it was a little too late. Funnily enough, we found some of the house-keepers and bellboys warm and pleasant to deal with, keep it up! Personally I will not stay there again. Its too pricey for what was given/shown and its definitely something that would be considered 3 star or less. Probably okay for a one-night stay, I'd suggest to be prepared for the worst when coming across expectations with staff, amenities, unless you're one of the lucky ones and they've taken advice of their reviewers.
I loved how this property was in the center of town. Equidistant you’re Nadi town and the beach as well as other resort properties for day trips and activities. The rooftop pool and bar area are wonderful and upscale. The food service is lovey as well. I ate the margarita pizza no tomato with bbq sauce more times than I can count. Will be back soon!

Best view and good staff. Apart from a struggling AC to keep the room cool all other requirements are up to expectations. Thanks

We booked the room for 3 adults, when we checked in, the setting in the room was for 2 adults like 2 towels, 2 cups and the other bed wasn't made so rang the reception from the room about it and they said they going to set it up. We had to go out and personally went to the reception and told them again and they said it will be done. Anyway we came back around 2am to sleep and nothing was done in the room even the bed wasn't made, so had to call the reception again and was very unhappy. they came and made the bed at 2.30am and than we went to sleep. And we were suppose to get welcoming drink when we arrive which never happened. So we were not happy with the service at all
