Accommodation in general was top. Entertainment great.
You should have more choice between wines. Then it can't be that there aren't enough deck chairs, first come, it was said.
Unfortunately, the cocktails were mostly poorly made, here a training would be beneficial for everyone.
Unfortunately, there were always discrepancies with the staff/reception. Rules were not followed at all, for example, you could enter the restaurant with swimming trunks and slippers, but as soon as you appeared with a cut shirt, there was no entry. Reservation to the restaurant Catastrophic did not work out. Incorrect programming/allocation of rooms with chip. Late check out was not respected. And so on. So for a 5 star you expect a lot more.
