Complete disaster situation at the pool. Management is maximizing profit with short time view. Too many guests for the available amount of seats. Especially on Sunday they are selling day pass tickets for external guests. This leads to situation as e.g. on China with people laying on the ground.
Furthermore around 30% of the seats you have to pay daily fee if you want, which is insane for a “5 star hotel”.
Another issue, the pool is opening at 10 o’clock, so before that you are not allowed to enter or swim, if you do, you will be immediately kicked out.
The elder lifeguard at the pool is acting bouncer and tries to scary everyone in order get respect. I would recommend to replace this guy asap.
The younger lifeguard is exceptional, he saved our days, always friendly to people with right attitude!
Stuff at the reception with management is completely clueless about their job. I am not sure if they know what they are doing there and how to add value.
During our 10 days stay, bed sheets weren’t replaced, which is completely not acceptable for “5 star” hotel.
Stuff at the restaurant is very good and friendly. Food is as well very good. Good mix and variation every morning and evening.
Overall, is a 3 Star hotel. As a recommendation, replacement of management with correct customer focus will improve a lot. Situation at the pool can be solved as well very easy, let the people start cleaning earlier and buy bit more beds + rearrange.
