The Front Desk Staff are very efficient and friendly. The lobby was clean, very nicely decorated and welcoming. Nice breakfast but some things on day 2 looked like leftovers from day 1.
Housekeeping and Maintenance have issues.
No, guest towels in the room. Sofa was filthy and stained. Drape rod to close curtains was just lying on the ground. Comforter had a huge disgusting blood stain on it, which could not be seen as the top part of the sheet covered it and it wasn't notice until we turned down the bed on departure. Bottom sheet was inside out which was sketchy at best. Just Gross!
Elevator had NO 2nd floor button, and we had to use stairs. Room keypad didn't function so had to change rooms. Heating and Ac unit sounded like a jet warming up. Very loud. Ended up just turning it off. However, it did drown out the sound of the yapping dog from another room! Annoying. Toilet was so low it was like sitting on the floor, and the seat was loose. Bathroom door kept swinging a jar. All it needed was to have the lower pin on the hinge tightened. Sink would NOT drain. Why aren't these minor things being taken care of?
We have booked this hotel at least 5 times in the past 2 years, and had friends book there also on our recommendation. It has gotten worse with each stay. We are very disappointed and will not be returning.
