Central location - but overall not great value for money: Over-promising and under-delivering. What’s the point of having „VIP“ or „priority“ status for hotel guests at the in-house Nobu restaurant if your reservation simply gets queued and dealt with on a „best effort basis“ (just to be turned away by staff who did not seem to care)? Also failed to deal adequately with technical issues in the room (telephone, bathroom electricity outage) and found service staff (with exception of housekeeping) to be rather unhelpful when trying to bring issues to their attention (even failed to ask whether we had a good stay at checkout - we would have happily committed the shortcomings otherwise). Housekeeping was very friendly and attentive though…
