Clean, Quiet, Comfy!
Extremely clean room, pool, hot tub. Great breakfast. Quiet indoors and quiet location. Pillows could hold their shape a little better - but I'm picky about bedding. We definitely plan to return.

It was a nice place to stay the weekend at for a sporting competition. The room was clean and the breakfast was good but busy with travelers.

Clean and good breakfast but no comfortable.
This hotel had its positives and negatives.
Pros: the breakfast was great, very friendly staff and it was clean.
Negs: the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Our heat didn’t work. Thankfully the moved us to a new room but unfortunately it was after we had unpacked and gotten our daughter ready and into bed.
Some type of compensation would have been appreciated.

The facility was clean, safe and quiet. The check-in was problematic. I reserved an accessible room. The first room was not accessible. I returned to the front desk to ask for the accessible room. The attendant argued with me that I had not reserved an accessible room. This went on for several minutes until I insisted that she find one for me. She eventually found me a room with a walk-in shower. I told her that her response should have been "I don't have that on my computer but let me see what I can do for you" She was not very pleased with me. If she wants to stay in hospitality she needs to learn how to pivot in that kind of situation.
