We were given a filthy room. Crumbs on the table, cigarette burn holes in the blanket, chair and table. Tv only 2 channels and spotty, control dis not go past those 2 channels. Hairs in the tub n shower tile, dust on tv, lamps and bedside table. Fist day the lavatory started to not drain and eventually water started coming from under the sink and spilling onto the floor, the room started to smell of sewer gas. I went to tell the office and they wanted to give me towels to clean it up, I refused to clean it up and started packing my things to leave. I was told that I would not be getting my money back from the next day- it was a 2 day stay. I was told that they wouldn’t cancel the 2nd day because I had booked through Expedia. They agreed to move me to another room. The new room was not any better. Again it was dirty with smudges on the wall, light fixtures, table and a none- swept floor. The tub had a soap wrapper and a used sliver of used soap from a previous person. The tv, had no remote and the buttons did not make it turn on! Next day, I went to the office to check out. They made me wait about 20 min., because no one came to the small window to help us- I was one of 4 others trying to check out. When they finally let me in the office I reminded them of all the filth and sewage water flooding the restroom and demanded compensation in the form of a fair discount to which they had agreed to. Two days later I have not received a receipt to see the discount. RUN!
