Everything was fine, customer service was great, very thorough
Very clean and quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful.
It was terrible. We checked in and went to our room and there was a smell when we got off of the elevator. When we got into the room the smell was even worse. We left out for an hour and came back to someone sitting by our door. I took pictures and checked out. Bathroom was horrible also. The pictures online look nothing like the room.
The stay was terrible, not clean, room had odor,ants in room. I paid for a superior king size but got a regular size room was not what I expected picture on internet looked better . I didn't like it at all.When I first got there room key did not work. Elevator was slow, there were people walking around with no mask at all. It's 1am now and we are still not there. There are no refunds on Friday,Sat or Sunday. I really wish we picked another place.We don't even want to get there.
Had high expectations because during my previous stay at the property it was undergoing renovations. Unfortunately there wasn’t much difference - most disappointing of all is that the entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, even my non-smoking suite. There were also unruly groups of people congregating in the parking lot. The front desk staff, however, were cordial as always.
Started off rough with the manager but everyone else was really ice, respectful and overall met my needs. I got there about 4am from a long drive and missed my chance to get new towels. When I requested for new towels, the manager raised his voice at me to the point where I had to ask him to stop yelling at me. I asked him to put on his mask and that made him even more upset. He demanded that I go and get the dirty towels in order for him to give me new towels, which I did. I didn’t appreciate him yelling at me for something that was so easily fixable. I was tired from traveling across the country from an overseas tour. I need some rest and when I tried to explain that to him, he disregarded it. I enjoyed my stay...I didn’t like the way the manager treated me.
This was a nice hotel, especially for the price. Room was clean and spacious and staff was friendly. Would stay there again if in the area.
This place sucks. I can’t believe Expedia would even do business with such a crooked company. I highly recommend finding a different place to stay
