chose this motel because it is only a few blocks from the hospital where my son had bypass surgery on Monday Jan 13. First there was no one at the desk, just man on computer that didn't speak very good English. Got to our room, ice machine broken had to go get ice some where. Internet not working in my room. They moved us to another room that had internet. That was our first night. Son surgery was next day and was at hospital from 5am til til early evening. Get back to motel and my card would not open my door, had to climb 2 1/2 levels to office and talk to a da-- computer again! Tuesday at hospital with son most of day get back to my room, card would not open my door again! When I went back up to talk to the computer it gave me another new card and then reminded me that I needed to check out tomorrow! Which I will and will not be recommending this to anyone, Hotel.com needs to take it off of their site. It has been the worst ever.
