I reserved two rooms for the weekend. On our first night, I called to see if early check in early. I was told rooms would be ready at 2. When we arrived rooms were not ready which was not a big problem. 20 minutes later we were told one room was ready and we could go up with all our stuff and that in about 20 minutes the 2nd room would be ready. At the room we noticed a very musty and humidity smell. The room smelled very differently. So, I called the front the desk and the manager came up to certify the smell. He agreed and switched which no longer close to my son’s. I agreed anyway and they came to move me to the 2nd floor. When we got there, he didn’t know what room to put me in. After opening several doors he put me in a room. He told me he would bring me the keys up in a few minutes. After waiting for about 20 minutes for the keys my door opens and it was the cleaning lady who told me that the room had not been cleaned and that she had only made the the bed. I had not checked out the room, other than the smell of course, but there were no clean towels, the bathroom was disgusting, and garbage had not been cleaned out. My son came down with my key because it was taken up to him. The key didn’t open, It was for the wrong room. I went to reception to get the correct key. Later the front desk called to verify my room because the computer had something different. She asks if I want to move to switch rooms. Why move a third time? Crazy! My son’s shower had scalding hot water!!
