Average but over priced. Room was ok, but looked poorly renovated. A/C was not good and the room got hot every night (September).

I paid $624 for my room, and the basement room we got was dirty and the bathroom door was busted. This place is worth $300 tops when it's off season. I wouldn't stay here again.

Place To Stay When In Teton
Our first time staying here as we were visiting Grand Teton National Park. We have enjoyed our stay though it was raining all day. The breakfast at the hotel was great - especially the potatoes and the latte. We could walk a little bit to check out the Jackson Hole area and there were additional cafe and General Store, and make sure to check out the beautiful scenery and if you have time, their heated pool.

For the price point the property was mediocre. The room heating and cooling system was awful. We were told it was too cool OUTSIDE for the A/C to come on. AC thermostats are supposed to work based on inside temperatures! Joke! We were told to turn on the fan, open the door…JOKE! Nothing to pull the cool air in or circulate it. Fan was worthless.

Was really nice to have the pool, hot tub, and amenities onsite. But for the cost, they’re just missing the “luxury” experience they are aiming for. The building/ facilities need better upkeep.

This hotel just feels like it needs some upkeep, especially for the price. The ambiance is that of a luxury hotel but just rough around the edges. Our room had clear water damage in the bathroom and in the hallway leading up to our room there was some exposed subfloor.
