Very nice, judging from the condition, very recently renovated rooms. Room was not that big, but as I was traveling alone, it had all the space that I needed.
Breakfast was very good, with very friendly staff, that could very well read when you were in the mood for discussion and when not. They could even recognize Finnish language and we had very nice talks in that regard.
However, the thing that I appreciated the most, and which is something that I have never seen in any hotels that I have stayed in around the world (200+), was the speed that I got a response that I received for an email sent a few days after the say. I forgot to ask for the invoice when checking out, and sent an email to the hotel at 11PM Norwegian time. Less than four minutes after sending the mail, I already had the invoice in my email. Unbelievable service for a customer that has already left the hotel!!
I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time that I’ll be in Oslo. Location is perfect with a three minutes walk to the train station, and all the restaurants within a walking distance.
