The hotel was clean and well kept. Prior to booking we called to make sure things were available due to COVID. Upon arrival we found out the access to the beach was closed due to remodel, the breakfast buffet is only on the weekends. The large soaking tub in your room , is nothing more then a regular bathtub. The beds were comfortable. The grounds well kept. The building not so much. While the inside looked nice the exterior was kind of old and falling apart in the back and on the side. Staff was nice and helpful. The helped direct me to where I could work and where we should eat. Polite and respectful. Our room however had an extremely loud noise, like an airplane landing. Staff told me I was out of luck. It was quite loud and continued most of the night. Overall I was impressed with staff and friendliness but not the shape of the hotel

FiestaInn Boca Del Rio
This is not anew hotel, but it is well kept and generally clean...just one day when housekeeping didn’t quite do the job. Very friendly staff. Breakfast so-so.
One issue: the Posada chain (of which the Fiesta Inn and the Grand Fiesta are part), really limit in-room amenities: no coffee maker, no fridge, etc. Best to know That in advance so you can bring what you need with you.
Still, considering all the COVID-19 restriction they have to deal with, I would give this hotel a solid positive review. We would definitely consider going back.

the staff was excellent, I stayed in two different Junior Suites and neither of them served the phones, I had to look for the hotel phone number and talk about my cell phone so I could order food or any other serviceman I took, either one of the elevators was working, you had to go up and down the stairs, I'm sure this was the last time I stayed in that hotel

As we arrived we were told that the hotel was closed because of the situation and we should go to another branch as well as our reservation would be fine. As we arrived at the other branch, we were told that they had to check everything and that we should pay the fare at that hotel. In the end and after a lot of discussing on the next they respected everything but we lost a lot of time.

Fiesta Inn Ver
Needs remodeling and the conditions of the property are pretty old, the service is good, the employees are very friendly and helpful but it doesn’t help the property, all the furniture looks old

We couldn’t check in at 3 PM. The assigned rooms were not clean, not ready after pass 5 PM. It seems the hotel was almost 100% and I heard from another upset guess the personal staff in charge to clean the rooms were short in staff...I was checking frequently the availability of our rooms, the smile was not enough, we left for a family event a little bit after 5 PM and I confirmed again and the assigned rooms were not ready yet, at that time at the front desk, the staff gave me the option to have separate rooms, I didn’t accept since the wait was enough. So, we couldn’t clean ourselves in our already paid room. At the end we reserved 4 rooms.
I have to confirm, the personal en general, front desk, restaurant and bar were courteous and professionals and respectful.
Disappointed also that the wine cellar was empty. We are a large family and we invited family over for drinks and snacks, our big surprise was that the hotel, member of Grupo Posadas had only 2 bottles, from different brands in their wine cellar, also when we ask for the menu prices directly to the waiter, were different from the wine menu list. The waiter also asked us to pay in cash and not with a card because he gave us a better price. I refused to pay cash, it was late, but I think there is always a credit card machine ready to charge in a hotel of this category!. This act I didn’t like it at all and only because my family didn’t want any problem. Anyway, overall I like the hotel and I have a good time

Check-in took a long time, the hotel was pretty busy. We requested a rollaway bed abd they never provided it. The rooms looked ok but thr AC unit needed to be updated it was very loud and didn't work efficiently. The hot air from it blows onto the balcony so it makes it very uncomfortable to seat outside. The balconies are very cracked which makes it unsafe to lean on. The restaurant was just ok, they were out of some things and didn't have many options for vegetarians. The phone in the room didn't work properly so it was difficult to call reception and get service... When we did call no one provided what we requested. There was also a party on the last night of our stay and the noise went on until 3 am so we didn't sleep...The pool and beach were the only things we enjoyed, we won't stay there again.
