Our stay at the Hilton Tulum was largely fantastic, despite a chaotic arrival with a crowded lobby. Thankfully, a kind front desk agent turned things around. The concierge was helpful but not overly friendly. Our Casa 2 oceanfront suite was breathtaking, and Seaside and Maxal restaurants were exceptional, though the Asian restaurant's slow service was disappointing. The bars were adequate, but the lobby bar was small. Pool areas were clean, and the rocky beach necessitated water shoes. We enjoyed the free kayak and bike tours. The nightly entertainment was okay. A missing car rental key cover was a concern, and we were disappointed by the lack of parking lot cameras and valet responsibility. Overall, the stunning location, beautiful rooms, and excellent dining made for a memorable vacation, and we'd consider returning.
