I'm general I had higher expectations for the hotel, from the reviews and the 4 star rating of the place.
The check in process was smooth, and we were offered welcome drinks that we can take up to the room, as we arrived after 10 PM. The room was okay, it has everything you need, but not the best quality of set up. We had a problem with our balcony door which could not be closed properly, allowing cold air and noise in throughout the night, the reception could not do much but schedule maintenance for the next morning (no change of room was offered as according to them, they were booked out but we were told maybe the next day). Next day we leave the hotel for practically the entire day, come back and the door is still not fixed, even though it was marked done in the maintenance book. The other receptionist told us the same, another schedule for the next day and no free rooms available, however this time he personally helped us closed it temporarily with a plastic stopper, and offered us complementary drinks for the night to make up for the inconvenience. On the last night we come back to see it was finally fixed but we had to leave the next morning so we never had the chance to properly use our room and balcony. Plus toiletries were not refreshed
The breakfast buffet in the hotel was not bad, lots of options that were okay but not wow.
Location was well connected and nice views of the sea, terrace was open but not used due to strong wind.
I would rate itas 3 stars instead of 4
