The AC was not working and the fan was blowing out warm air. We left out hoping it would cool down, but it didn’t. There were no available rooms within an hour and it was 3am so we barely got a few hours sleep and checked out at daybreak. The front desk associate Crystal was so helpful and came up to the room, but it was mechanical. She left a message for the manager and we even spoke to the morning attendant and was told they couldn’t refund because booked thru Expedia. The manager was left 2 messages, but has yet reached out.
