Actually, the hotel is nothing special but okay. The pool looks good, but is ice cold and you don't even get any ice-cream for the kids there. It is not centrally located. The walls are so thin that you hear everything. In the middle of the night I woke up by the snoring of the man in the next room. However, that was all not a problem.
The real problem as the unfriendly staff at the reception. They were not willing to be of any help. So we had to ask in other hotels for help. For example, our hotel as not willing to call us a taxi to the airport, so we had to as a taxi driver, if he could arrange that for us. We needed some reservations for the day spa, so we asked in out hotel if they could do it for us but they simply said, this was not their job. So we had to ask at the reception of another hotel (where we were not guests) to do that for us, and they more than willingly did that for us. That almost spoilt our holidays, as it made us angry. We did not stay in the Le Semiramis any longer than for sleeping and the breakfast (by the way, they do not have enough dishes, so you always have to wait for plates, cups, forks,...). We tried to get out of the hotel as fast as we could and stayed somewhere else whenever possible. This made our holidays much more expensive than originally planned but there was no other way to relax.
Next time when we are in Marrakesh, we will book a traditional riad and will book some day passes in some good hotels. That is a good combination.
