We came out for a family trip. Upon entering the hotel smelled. Finally got to our room the key cards didn’t work so had to get new ones. After entering the room it looked like the room had been opened with a crow bar. The bathroom tub was dirty, the ceiling looked horrible you could see where they tried to fix thing and just through putty over holes. The floor was not clean. And when inspection of the bed was done found hair and dirt in one. When I complained I was told the sheets were just stained. I still requested clean sheets. The curtains had food stains and rips. And the most uncomfortable beds. The biggest let down was the hot tub was broken but when I checked in was advised it worked. The gentleman presented to try and fix it to which his solution was to get in the regular pool. The next day I learned from staff it hasn’t been working for a while but the sign keeps being taken down. The only good part of the stay was they had a decent breakfast and I did receive a small refund.

Don’t stay here, cheap is cheap.
The hotel was dirty, smelled. A fire alarm near by had dying batteries so beeped all night and all day. There was a wasp in my room and they squished it against the wall. Gross.

Called previous day was told jacuzzi worked got there did not work. Pool are was dirty, gross. Beds were hard, rooms had a bad odor. Front desk little English & couldn’t understand my complaints. Would not swap rooms when asked. I already paid through hotels.com would not reimburse or discount my room. Breakfast sucked. Had just cereal & waffles. Kids said waffles did not taste right so threw away. Went somewhere else for breakfast. Area also dirty.

I never leave reviews and am only doing this because the hotel is that bad and I wish I had known before I spent money and took my family there. We had stained bedding, dirty and cracked floors, our hotel door let light through the crack like a tiny public bathroom stall does - the entire building needs renovated. My husband wanted to call it a loss and spend more money to sleep elsewhere as it was so dirty and sketchy he didn’t want our children or us to sleep there.

Stay at the best western across the parking lot. Bathroom handle was broken, pool looked filthy. Not only the water but the deck. Hot tub currently out of order. Our shower and toilet were dirty, the amenities in the bathroom were used. Bed was comfortable but there were specks of black something in the sheets. The towels we had looked like rags. Thinned and stained. Spend somewhere else!

Blood stains on shower curtain, yellow stained towels, sticky residue all over the cabinet and headboard, MOUSE POOP behind end table, dirt on pillow. The room was gross. We went to the pool area and the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool is a nasty color and the floors/stairs for the water slide were very gross. Bandaids on stairs. The elevator wasn’t working properly and it was scary. There was a light fixture above the front entrance that broke and was hanging down. Every other person in the hotel was also complaining about the conditions everywhere we went. We would have left if we were allowed a refund. Do NOT come here.

The room was spacious. Very dated we got this room so we could sit on the sofa vs the bed for comfort. It was so dirty we did not sit on it. Bathroom was dirty. My kids would not even shower in it. Toilet had some urine on it and hairs. The beds were not too uncomfortable but were quite squeaky. The sheets were soft and seemed very clean. Pool area looked messy and dirty. Kids would not swim in it. The hot tub was broken. I was originally looking forward to the hot tub and sad it was not in service however it did not look too appealing when seeing it in person. Breakfast was ok. Everything looked clean. Waffles, muffins, and fruit. No protein of any kind. We left after 1 day due to the lack of cleanliness. Staff was friendly upon check in and check out. We did not ask for the staff to correct any of the issues with the hotel being dirty as it just felt yucky.

Would 100% not recommend.
The pictures online did not resemble the room we were given. I immediately checked for bed bugs and found yellow stained matresses. Grimey, fingerprinted head board, oily film on floor, chipped paint on every wall. Black hair on the "freshly" made bed. We were in the room 15 minutes and checked out. Unfortunately it was a non refundable room, so we ate the cost. The clientele coming in and out of the hotel was enough to put anyone on high alert.
