This was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. For the past 15 years I have stayed at the same Red Roof. Ambrosia was the individual who checked us in. Not overly friendly and our room was not ready. After deciding to put us in room 136, my partner and I entered the room. The floors were sticky and It was so hot in the room, we turned down the thermostat to 50 and it was still too hot. The A/C unit is so loud so we were unable to cool the room overnight and because they are under renovation, we had no access to open the windows as they were sealed shut and covered in plastic wrap. The safety lock on the door was broken, there was a very bad odour to the room. The tub was disgusting stained so we did not use it at all. Kleenex, what you don’t provide anymore?! So we had to blow our noses with toilet paper. When checking out there was a guy who was not very nice. He asked us for our room keys, I gave him my card and he berated my partner when he pulled out his wallet that he didn’t need his ID, when he was actually getting his key card out. I told him not to be so rude!!!! There was never a question if we like our stay or not!!
