Firstly, I appreciated the male worker gave us early chk-in due to our flight arrived at the 4am in the morning. Also the doormen at the back door were very helpful…the only things made me pissed off was the two lady receptionists, when my son went to active the card, they simply told my son, I didn’t pay, they refused to activate, so I came in person to talk, they told me the same things, I DID’NT PAY!!!! The reason was I reserved 4 nights, but somehow the first man only charged me 3 nights which I had no idea…alright, I didn’t think this was a issue thou bc I paid for 3 nights and now asked for active card for the 2nd night I can rest after all day walking outside. Can they simply active card than ask for me to pay the rest immediately? They speaks no good English, nor I speak no Spanish. That’s frustrating for this nonsense argument.:(
