The heat in the unit wasn't working initially, but when we called the front desk, they sent someone immediately (literally, within two minutes) who fixed it quickly, so the service was excellent.
Other than that, there were a couple of very minor issues: The clock was off by 10 minutes, and the Message Waiting light on the phone flashed the whole time we were there, even though the front desk said we had no messages. We covered it with a towel so the flashing wouldn't annoy us.
The suite itself was good - essentially a studio apartment with a full kitchen. Everything was clean, and the mattress was medium-soft, which we had requested (hard mattresses cause me pain). There was no soap in the kitchen, so be aware to bring some if you're going to cook, but it was a nice setup.
If you plan to use the pool and hot tub much, I'd suggest requesting a suite near the main building. For us, it was a long, cold walk to get there, so we didn't go much.
Breakfast was a nice touch, though again it was a long, cold walk to reach it.
Overall, the suite provided good value for the price, and I would definitely stay there again.
