I arrived at around 10pm and went to check in and the lady at the front desk said they had no vacancy. I told her I had a confirmation # from Hotels.com and she just stated there are no rooms available. She was not very friendly and seemed stressed out. She said try the Ramada Inn across the street. I went to two other hotels to check availability with no luck. The lady at the Motel 6 said to try the Holiday Inn express, then she called them and they had one room left. She reserved it for me over the phone. Now that is customer service. Maybe La Quinta should send the night shift person to Motel 6 for training.

It was fine but the listing said there would be a crib or infant bed available and when I checked in they told me they didn't offer anything like that. Also, I think the mini fridge had a leak because the carpet was wet around the fridge and it never seemed to dry.

Very out dated. The cost per night was too high for the quality of room we received. Definitely in need of updating and remodeling. More of a 75.00 dollar per night hotel, not 110.00 like i paid per night.

When we arrived they said we didn't have a reservation. What's ,ore they also didn't have the reservations I made for 4 rooms next week. All were confirmed by Hotels.com and I had written confirmation.

Check in was ok, the staff was friendly enough. There was no breakfast offered even though it is advertised on the website. The carpet through out the hotel is very outdated. The cleaning staff was very helpful and provided new towels upon request. The room was ok, beds and pillows comfy, but again carpet is old and outdated making everything look bad. The water pressure was great in the shower, and the toilet flushed well. Overall it was ok, but not having breakfast was definitely disappointing. I have stayed at this hotel before and had breakfast so this time it was disappointing the price was good but definitely expected a bit more. Next time I may consider calling ahead to check for all of there amenities and offerings. Not too bad for the price.

The toilet didn't work in one room, so they gave us a plunger to fix the problem ourselves; that did not allievate the problem so they gave us another room and then that rooms water pressure was low and on the third flush of the toilet, it no longer filled and never filled again. However there was sink and shower water, although very low pressure. We called the front office and after the second call the maintainance man came to the room. He returned to tell us it might be a problem with the city water. When I went to checkout, John stated the same thing about it might be a city water problem and if I wanted to speak to the manager, he would be back in town on Tuesday. I got the managers card and will be calling on Tuesday!! Also the young lady that checked us in indicates that the breakfast was substandard and encouraged us to eat elsewhere in the morning! Bad experience!

Property is outdated. Felt like we were back in the 60’s. No safety grab bars in the tub/shower. Tub is narrow. Room smelt and was disgusting and nasty. No water for 4 hours - with no notice placed in the room to alert us of the outage that was scheduled. Will never recommend this or any La Quinta property. No wonder the room rate was low. Staff was friendly but not welcoming. Did not go out of their way to welcome us and explain the layout and amenities
