Bad especially for the price
We were guests there in Mai 2023 for 2 nights . At first everything looked good. But a hour after check in we found a small bug between the sheets. As my wife has a fear of any sort bug i went down told them the receptionist DID NOT apologise and asked of we want a change of sheets .. i requested a new room . She checked and found just one room of the same category but the window don’t open which we were ok with and gave me the keys she wasn’t rude or anything but i expected more reaction.
The new room was good until we wanted to sleep to find out that the wall are super thin and anyone who talks in the floor seem like to in the room with us . I’m a bit heavy sleeper and i wan woken up multiple times and my wife slept really bad.
In the morning a cleaning staff tried to open the door ( which i locked) i didn’t hang the do not disturb sign ( my bad) but they didn’t knock either!.
The next night we stayed very late outside and as we came back i asked for late checkout which they thankfully accepted till 2 PM and i said we will sleep late . At 12 we were woken up with a call to be asked when we are leaving!!!! I said till 12 why call when you know we as sleeping!!
It’s supposed to be a better especially for the price
