Bremen’s great restaurants and culinary scene are hugely important to its residents. Visitors can gain real insight into this historic city through its local cuisine, especially seafood. Schlachte Embankment is a great place to dine al fresco while taking in views along the Weser. You can visit Ratskeller to sample all things traditional.
Naturally, you’ll want to pair your meal with a pint of Beck’s beer. If you’re steering clear of alcohol, try a coffee, which is one of Bremen’s lesser-known but equally delicious imports. Read on for our favorite places to eat in Bremen.
