The centralized AC system is set to heating or cooling for the whole hotel. These days it was set to heating, so cooling was impossible. The room had 25 degrees and the offered "solution" of the front desk was to bring a fan and opening the window (not a solution at as the room is described with working AC). However, opening the tilted window allows only an opening of 10cm and it requires to remove the curtains, which also brightens up the room at night from all the street lights outside, plus the noise from outside. Then, there is no power socket near the bed to charge the phone, the next one is in a corner 4 meters away from the bed. They told me there is no option to change the room as the hotel was fully booked (standard phrase), but when looking at reservation sites, I saw other rooms available.
Location was good. Wifi was good. I did not have breakfast.
