The hotel never deserves 4 *. Our room, a normal bungalow with "garden view" was not clean. And not just since yesterday, there were spots that look as if they were not cleaned since month. Check the pictures of the bath, toilet, the dirt on the ground. Also the doors did not completely close, the wood was bent from water I suppose. Many tiles on the floor had cracks. The walls and wallpaper were dirty, sometimes with scratches, sometimes as if someone has peed against it. We have been to Bali 2 years ago on a round trip and visited many also 3 star hotels, which were way better.
The internet does not work. You can find the unprotected network but it will fail to connect. Only at the lobby there is sometimes working internet. This service we also payed for with our booking but could not use it.
The "big breakfirst" we had included was 2 slices of toast, some eggs. For anything else we were asked to pay for, after 8 of 16 days. And of course also for the past. The menu does not say anything and we also did not sign any invoice for those 8 days breakfirst, but for lunch and dinner we directly were asked to sign, which we did of course. But for breakfirst they informed us 8 days later and told a lie like: We told you. Why we did not had to sign directly then: Seems like a trap to rip off tourists.
