It's complicated
Booked two separate nights in this hotel this week via hotels.com - only one of the nights shows in the history of my user account of hotels.com. Unclear why the other doesn't show at all and isn't counted into the rewards programme either.
The rooms were good, but pretty dusty around furniture.
Extra charges debited from account that were not authorised and front desk could not explain. Happened before and was resolved back then, but takes time to resolve and is simply unprofessional. Also no commercial effort (e.g. future free stay or discount) was volunteered by way of apology.
On an unrelated note a wooden lounge chair in the coffee area of the conference floor broke while i was sitting on it on 14 Nov 24. Staff was standing nearby and were quick to inquire if help was needed and cleared the broken chair away immediately.
