Not very open to service
Here at hotels.com is CLEARLY stated that there applies a daily cleaning of the rooms. My room has NOT been cleaned after the first night. I complained about this circumstance in the evening, and the receptionist dared to tell me it was my fault: I should have actively asked at the reception for a cleaning. In which hotel in this world does a guest get such an unfriendly answer?
Furthermore, as the room service didn't come, there was no refill of coffee and sugar for the water boiler. I asked for that, too, and got the answer that it was included only once.
Guys, when I pay two full nights, then I've the right to get twice the full service! Is that clear?
Last but not least: the main light in my bathroom (room n° 32) didn't work, only the mirror lamps worked.
